hey, I'm justice.
An Iowa-native transplanted in California, my entertainment marketing experience dates back to my time at university, where I led the creative force behind the ad campaigns for our theatre productions. Most notably, I developed the visual identity for (in a bizarre coincidence) a musical titled IOWA by Jenny Schwartz and Todd Almond as well as Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet. That experience – fused with my agency key art and adaptive skills in the theatrical and streaming space – has equipped me with the motivation to tackle even the most ambitious creative storytelling endeavors. That’s why I always start my day with collaborative brainstorming and a bold cup of a coffee.
At the very basic level, though, I am a creative problem-solver captivated by the most influential force of modern humanity: words. Letterforms that tell a story in a visually disruptive way ignite a fire inside me, sparking a burning passion for typography and language.
Justice Gage: Obsessed with Words.
I’m pretty sure that’s what my epitaph will say if I have one.
